Hello, welcome!
My name is Patricia Dias, but you can call me Pati.
I have been practicing yoga since 2009 & teaching Yoga since 2015.
As a teacher and practitioner, I have experience/specialized with Ashtanga and Vinyasa Yoga, Vipassana Meditation, Ayurvedic Therapy, also Licensed Life Coach.
In my routine I also deepen my studies in Vedic chants, Vedanta and Ayurveda.
I believe in Yoga as a way of life.
It is a tool for daily habit transformation, through awareness, breathing, self-knowledge and the body itself.
I associate my practice with a routine of studies and observation, trying to experience the path of yoga in fullness with myself and within life in society.

Patricia's yoga class is the best part of my day. It's a great time to stretch and breathe the pain and frustration away from computer work life. I also get a great workout, so pretty dynamic in that way.
