About Usha
I am usha bharadan. I am an certified yoga instructor. I am teaching yoga for past 4 years and been student before for 10 years. I make and plan my yoga sessions differently for each session. Me being aerobics instructor also, i include little of aerobics in my yoga session. This is exclusively for womens and kids, mainly to make them feel comfortable while doing yoga.
My class is an online zoom class for one hour.
Anyone other then recent surgery and major health complication can do this basic yoga. My contact no.Is (concealed information)

Yoga starts with warmup which differes each session like aerobics ab warmup standing warmup wall workout chair yoga dumbles addon aerobics etc then Suryanamaskara or Chandra namaskaram, asanas whole BB ody relaxation pranayama and meditation. This is exclusively for women and kids.
