About Rata
I've been teaching yoga for over five years and practicing it myself for more than eight! Honestly, I started out not very flexible at all, but now I can easily do oversplits even without warming up! I offer classes focused on improving posture, increasing flexibility, and mastering back bends, splits, and oversplits. Plus, I also provide workouts specifically for legs and abs!
