About Aisha
I am a trainee Occupational therapist with a postgraduate diploma on mental health studies and a degree in Psychology. I meditate daily and also practice yoga daily. I am a student of buddhism, hinduism and also Yungian psychology. I have a certificate in cognitve behavioural therapy anand motivational interviewing (a therapy grounded in life coaching techniques).
