I highly recommend Suguna. She is a wonderful teacher and I feel very supported during our classes. She helps me improve and she is gentle in her approach. I have been doing yoga for over 6 years now (since a serious motorcycle accident) and since I started practicing with Suguna, I noticed an improvement in my flexibility and my balance. Suguna really knows her field! With each class I took with her, I learned something new about my body and how to engage and align. She has been so great getting to my level and introducing new poses that are suited to my abilities. I have improved a lot, and I am very grateful to Suguna for his expertise. Even though most of our sessions have been virtual in the last few months, she still makes sure that I am doing each pose correctly. I highly recommend her as a yoga teacher!
