My yoga classes are a blend of traditional yogic wisdom with a modern understanding of anatomy and physiology. I emphasize alignment, breath awareness, and mindfulness, ensuring a safe and transformative practice. Classes are included with Asanas, Pranayamas, Mudras, Bnadhas, Kriyas, Yoga Nidra and Meditation (according to the physical and mental ability of the students). Our goal is to not only help you achieve physical vitality but also to support your mental and emotional well-being, promoting a harmonious and balanced life.
