About Federica
Namaste and welcome to my world of yoga and well-being! I'm Federica a dedicated yoga instructor, and I'm thrilled to share my journey with you. Yoga is not just a practice for me; it's a way of life, a path to inner peace, and a means to attain physical and mental harmony. I embarked on my yoga journey over 5 years ago with Hot Yoga in Australia, seeking solace and balance in a chaotic world. What I discovered was a profound transformation in my body, mind, and spirit. I've trained under some of the most respected yogis and gurus in Rishikesh, India, and I continue to deepen my practice, exploring different yoga styles, meditation techniques, and holistic wellness approaches. My teaching style is rooted in the belief that yoga is for everyone, regardless of age, experience, or physical abilities. I strive to create a welcoming and non-judgemental space for my students, where they can explore their practice at their own pace. I'm here to guide and support you on your yoga journey, helping you connect with your inner self and achieve a state of balance and well-being. Thank you and cannot wait to meet you :)

Perfect! Federica is a lovely yoga teacher! Driven and clearly loves her practice. She is equipped with talent, as well as practical and theoretical knowledge that she beautifully shares during her lesson. Her energy is calm, yet determined to help you achieve your goals and improve your technique. Highly recommend her for complete beginners too like me since she is welcoming and patient too :)
