About Fernanda
I am a dancer graduated from UNICAMP and Yoga instructor by Yogaterapia and Pequenos Yogis. I worked as a Yoga trainee / apprentice since 2012, when I started my studies at Anahata Holistic Center. I became a yoga instructor in 2015, seeking to enrich my knowledge. My teaching methodology seeks a sensitive look at the student, allowing him to work on his self-knowledge, recognizing himself as active and not passive in his own life and choices.

I have a degree in Dance from UNICAMP, Yoga from the Yogaterapy Institute of Campinas, Mindfulness and Yoga for children and young people from Cássia Parmeggiani by the Pequenos Yogis method. My classes are structured according to the individual demand and need of each student, aiming primarily at self-knowledge and self-acceptance. In classes for children and young people, I develop a playful and fun work, where playing becomes learning.
