Thereza is a BWY Hatha Yoga teacher , Yoga for Healthy Backs specialist , ME yoga therapist and Thai Yoga Massage therapist .
Thereza's Yoga is inclusive for people of all ages and abilities. Beginners are most welcome.
Originally from South America Thereza's style is warm, fun and friendly.
A typical class includes asanas (postures), pranayama (breathing techniques) and relaxation/meditation. Classes are carefully planned to meet students needs, often adapted to meet the ability and needs of individuals or groups .
Many students who have attended Thereza's class have been inspired to go into teacher training.
Thereza also offers one to one classes and treatments, teach in community projects and retreats.
