About Juls
I discovered yoga over 15 years ago and it became essential in my life. Now, I am a certified yoga teacher and learning about Yoga Therapy to be able to understand and help my students more efficiently.
I especially enjoy teaching beginners and students looking to manage their stress and anxiety.

I think yoga is for everybody and every body! My job is you offer you a guide to move towards you goals, and most importantly, ENJOY THE RIDE!
On our first session, you will tell about your interest in yoga, your needs, overall health and I will analyze your posture. From there, we will build a plan together which will help you move forward.
Each session, I will listen to you, observe you and customize the class to your specific physical and mental needs on that day. We will keep working and adjusting our initial plan to make it WORK FOR YOU!
