About Yanina
I am a psychologist, received at the National University of Cordoba and certified yoga teacher with extensive experience. I specialize in physical training and fitness. My classes are based on dynamic yoga flow postures, in continuous movement, helping to maintain physical quality not only at a muscular level but also helping in the aerobic and physical and mental state. My classes will help you learn and sustain the knowledge of the discipline of Yoga to learn it and then do it where you want. Cheer up!
