About Regina
I am a former dancer who has more than 20 years of experience in the physical world. I can relate with most aspects of life we all go through. I am originally from Argentina. I've been living in London for the past 19 years and I have a 4 years old. I absolutely love to be a student myself, and I am curious about all forms of physical exercise. As I get older I favour quality over quantity in everything I do. My life experiences brought me to this very moment and place, and I am really passionate about sharing it.

The 30 min free lesson is a free consultation so I can get to know you and your needs. My main goal is to help people to find their own physical language. Understanding how body, mind and soul are connected and how they influence our overall health. You may want to learn to handstand for 1 min and in the process you'll find yourself, your strengths and your happiness and freedom.
