Hi! isTheo my name, french teacher has trained and graduated in Vrindavan, India, in Sivananda Ashram. I give for years in the center of Paris racing and training in the greatest respect for the tradition of the Integral Yoga Transmitted by the masters. I deepened my knowledge and practices of advanced pranayama (breathing exercises), and the study of Indian sacred texts, with the monks During the intensive practice in the ashram of Orleans, France, in 2013. I Regularly Participates in continuing education for teachers Sivananda, in order to Improve Their Ability to Correct students' postures. Classes are 1:30 and adapté to the skill of the students.
