I am vivek lot. I am teaching yoga more then 6 years. I can teach many different style of yoga. These days i am teaching online from Mumbai India. My motive to teach yoga is because this time lots of people suffering from many medical problems in early age. I just want to try my best to awake people towards health as much as i can.
