About Jana
I completed my first yoga training 3.5 years ago in India, where I was introduced to the teachings of traditional Hatha Yoga.
In December 2020 I completed an advanced training in Kundalini Yoga and am now a certified 500-hour yoga teacher.
Right from the start I had a great passion for teaching, as I have experienced on myself how much potential yoga has, how much it can help us to cope with our everyday lives, to be happier and more relaxed, to become healthier and to experience the wonderful connection to the universe.
In my classes you will not only find a physical workout but also helpful tools for more awareness of your own process, compassion for your fellow human beings and maybe access a new perspective on the "hurdles" in your life.

Regardless of whether this is your very first yoga class or you already have many years of experience, I will cater to your individual needs.
At the beginning of every yoga class with me, you will find more grounding and presence with the help of valuable breathing exercises and guided meditations.
I teach traditional Hatha yoga, flowing vinyasa classes and energetic Kundalini sets.
If you are interested, I will be happy to give you more information about the various yoga styles and discuss with you before the class which of them is most suitable for you.
I focus on getting in touch with the inner self and creating space for letting go of emotional baggage and accessing lightness.
