I am Dr. Preeti, certified yoga and meditation trainer, cleansing techniques, yog nidra, cycling meditation, trataka, mantra chanting, Bhagavad Gita path, om meditation, guided meditation. You will be in love with the techniques once you know the power of them. You will feel connected with the nature as well as with yourself.
