About Sarah
My name is Sarah I am Limerick born and after many years spent away travelling I have now returned home and feel passionate to bring a unique yoga practise to my Limerick locals . After completing my training in Bali I would like show the special practices I learnt from the island to this island .

My classes would typically be 1 hour long where we spend 45 minutes doing the traditional yoga postures (asanas), taking us into deep stretches and building flexibility and strength throughout the entire body I would encourage people to deepen their stretch as much as possible but I would never force I would always tell people to listen to their bodies . We also pay particular attention to our breathing, helping us become more present. . The last 15 minutes we would spend in meditation where we calm our nervous system which in turn strenghtens our immune system and helps us live a healthy and fufilled life.
