I am an internationally certified yoga and meditation instructor with 5+ years of experience in the health and wellness industry. I learned and practiced yoga and meditation in the Himalayas. I am here with ancient techniques for health, mental and spiritual growth which I learned with the blessings of sages of the Himalayas.
