Having practiced with different yoga teachers, being also a holder of a sophrology diploma, I like to offer courses from my years of experience, not to mention a particular style or school. My lessons are quite intuitive, and the exercises according to the abilities and the level of each one. I can also support elderly people with physical pain, as well as young and athletic people. The correct internal movement, the awareness of his body and his breathing, as well as relaxation by the body and the breath, are elements, in my opinion, essential, to the well-being of each one.

J’ai connu Jeanne en Guyane où nos 2 associations étaient partenaires pour donner des cours de danses orientales.
Jeanne est très pédagogue, très à l’écoute et est capable d’enseigner plein de styles de danses différents.
Nous avons ensemble passé un week-end entier dédié à la danse, avec un groupe de danseuses amatrices de tous niveaux, entre danse, repas, bons moments.
