I highly recommend Irina! She's an amazing yoga instructor. We've been training online for more than five years now and I plan to continue working with Irina as long as she'll have me. She is a patient and knowledgeable teacher. She is also great at adjusting the practice to the needs of her students. Irina took me through my pregnancy and postpartum and helped me become a healthier and steadier person.

Irina is an experienced, knowledgeable and professional yoga teacher.

I have been taking classes with her for around a year.

I appreciate her in depth, holistic understanding of the body. She gives subtle but powerful cues to help you build body awareness and get the most benefit out of each asana.

I highly recommend Irina as your new yoga teacher!
