About Olivia
I acquired my 200 hr teacher training from a studio in Portsmouth, NH in 2021. I am a yoga alliance certified instructor and have been teaching one on one for the last several months. I have enjoyed teaching one on one because I can really see progress with my clients when lessons have been specifically tailored for their needs. When I am not practicing yoga I love to spent time outside, hiking and birding, as well as reading.

My style of teaching links physical movement with spiritual and energetic themes. Throughout one of my lessons you can expect physical cues as well as statements that may challenge you to look internally at how you are today/ at this stage in your life. Class themes are pulled from inspirational texts such as yogic scripture, motivation books, meditations etc. When teaching one on one I like to first meet with the client to discuss what they want out of this journey, and from there I theme and tailor a series specifically for your needs!
