About Ece
Hello, I am a Yoga Alliance certified Ashtanga/Vinyasa instructor. I have completed my education at Sampoorna Yoga school in India. Yoga has been in my life for about 7 years and you will see more awareness and more positive change in you as you get to know yourself and your limits, start breathing correctly while doing postures, and practice yoga regularly.
