About Kayla
I am a 25 year old Maori woman from New Zealand who loves travelling and learning about yoga. I live and breathe this lifestyle and I want to share the benefits of this practice with people. Whatever stage you are at with yoga I welcome you to try out Yin. I will guide you and support your journey.

My lessons are 1 hour long Yin yoga style. I completed my 100 hour Yin yoga training and now training people online. As someone who has had experience with stiffness in the body and suffered from anxiety, I believe Yin is one way to help heal these ailments. My classes are aimed for people that want to wind down from a stressful day, finding ways to cope with mental health or trying to get their body flexible for sports.
