About Laura
Effective learning happens in the silences between the words where you figure out the meaning for yourself. Fluency is rarely about memorizing a list of verbs and more about how you inhabit the logic of the target language.
I create a space for adults and teens to practice listening and conversational skills that actually reflect how people speak in the real world. Drawing on my academic training and my years in the community, I help you internalize grammar through consistent, meaningful usage. We look at reading comprehension and cultural nuance so you can navigate everything from IELTS prep to casual banter. Intermediate learners often feel stuck when they approach Spanish as a static collection of rules rather than a living, breathing connection. As a native speaker with a Diploma of Music, I view language through the same rhythmic lens I use for my musical compositions.

I have navigated the Australian Latin community for 13 years, helping people see how verb conjugation and vocabulary building relate to real human expression. My background allows me to show you how different regional variants color the way people think and react in daily life.
