About Eimear
I am an Irish native and I have a background in psychotherapy, art, english and music. I spent 7 years teaching in a Grammar school helping students reach their targets in English and Art. I also worked with students with nerodiversity.
I worked closely with young adults who found learning challenging and helped them reach the same level as their peers.
For older students 17-19 year of age, I helped them prepare for their exams, I helped prepare them for tests, I helped them get their portfolios in order and I coached them for interviews for their chosen Universities.
I am a kind and compassionate person who is truly passionate about helping others reach their goals.

My aim in teaching is to create a situation where students become enthusiastic about understanding the subject matter.
I use a variety of methods such as role playing. My approach can generally be called student-centred and problem-based. This approach grows out of three interlinking strands: my personal experience with learning and learners; study of the experiences of others; and experimentation.
