About Vani
I have over 8 years of experience as a piano tutor and hold a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Collaborative Piano and Chamber Music. I offer personalized lessons for students of all levels, from beginners to advanced musicians working toward mastery.
My teaching focuses on pop piano arranging, modern chord voicings, and playing by ear for popular songs. Students learn to interpret melodies, build arrangements, and improvise creatively. I keep lessons fun, engaging, and tailored to individual learning styles.
I teach pop, rock, R&B, and contemporary worship music. Lessons combine technique, musicality, and practical applications. Students gain skills that let them play confidently, improvise, and explore musical expression.
I emphasize understanding chord structures and how to create dynamic arrangements. Students learn to bring songs to life and develop their own style. I invite students to learn with me and explore the world of popular piano music.

I teach piano with a focus on sight-reading and reading accuracy. My lessons cover speed reading music, identifying intervals, rhythmic precision, and building visual-to-finger coordination. Students develop a systematic approach to reading music.
I work with child prodigies and hobbyist adults, providing exercises that improve both hands’ independence and coordination. Students practice reading rhythms, intervals, and melodic patterns quickly and accurately. Each lesson includes practical examples and drills for fluency.
I emphasize steady progress, starting simple and gradually increasing complexity. Students learn to anticipate patterns and maintain rhythmic accuracy. Lessons build confidence in tackling unfamiliar pieces.
The goal is for students to play new music at sight confidently. Each session strengthens technique, musical understanding, and reading speed. Students gain fluency, accuracy, and expressive skill at the piano.
