About Zach

I am a Athlete. I've spend the last 2 years trying to figure out how to keep my body young and to stop the affects of aging in the mind and body. I've spent a lot of time meditating high in the mountains doing tai-chi and other exercises teaching myself all the basic movements of the body as well as complex. I studied the operation and mechanics of the body and the flow working out how to keep things running smoothly. leaning how to give and receive energy and use your new found power in an focused and necessary moment upon self demand, ultimately grounding yourself reconnecting and realigning yourself, i pushed my beliefs and even learnt a new sense of happiness and acceptance i never knew one had. Previously I competed competitively as well as for fun knowledge and skills set with one goal to master every activity I embark on. Long distance running, Track and field experience, lacrosse, football, soccer, many different forms of marshal arts, boxing/kickboxing, wrestling, calisthenics, climbing, par core, biking, long endurance sports trecking and packing, kayaking fresh and salt water, paddle boarding, swimming, surfing, skateboarding, kite-boarding, wake-boarding, skim-boarding, boogie-boarding, snowboarding, skiing, diving, dancing, gymnastics and more but these are just a few of my expertise to list off the top of my head. The skills and forms I will share with you will allow you to have the all the basics and understanding you need to go out and master any skills you would like to in a matter of weeks. this is what it means to be a master of all trades, even outside of anything sports related, your new found clarity motivation and disciplined will help you find balance in everyday life and a better ability to process and store information giving you a new and inspire love to fuel your brain with new knowledge

The main class is fulled with a warm up short work out and warm down/stretch session with a motivational lesson a specialized talk on where you are now in your skills and what you are wanting to achieve and broad range of exercises motions breathing techniques i will send you home with to practice. personal plans such as schedule and meal plans as detailed as routs times distances reps instructions prices and ingredients etc. are available depending on what your looking for, ranging from 150-300 dollars per plan a week including 30 minute video chat to properly fill in any instructions .. email me for such inquires, or privet group classes.
