About Laurent
I started off with Tae Kwon Do from a master that was teaching the French special forces. I rapidly learnt Hapkido, Judo and Jiu Jitsu. I have also been practising capoeira for 13 years and now also teaching it since 2019

Perfect! We had an absolutely brilliant time. This was our first ever time trying capoeira and Laurent was such a great teacher. He was patient and kind and demonstrated everything many times so we could follow. He has a great manner and clearly awesome at capoeira! I would highly recommend you book Laurent! We will be booking more :)
Perfect! Best lessons ever, brilliant teacher, always adapting to my abilities, so great energy, fun and skills. Highly recommended for everyone as age doesn't matter with so good tutor:)
Perfect! A phenomenal teacher who knows how to get the best out of you. The amount of progress I make in every session means I always leave with a smile after working hard. 5/5 recommendation right here.
Perfect! Laurent is terrific! He is dynamic, "centered"/calm, very knowledgable, and excellent with my young children. My nanny also had some sessions...highly recommended by all of us!!

Laurent is a highly skilled martial artist and an experienced teacher who really cares about helping his students progress. We have trained capoeira together for a year and he has helped build my confidence and physicality, integrating strength training as well as meditation into our sessions. I feel calmer, stronger and fitter thanks to his training. I would highly recommend Laurent to anyone who wants to become skilled at martial arts, or to improve their general strength and fitness.
I've been knowing Laurent for more than 2 years now and I have to say that he is one of the most reliable and trustworthy person that I can count on. Laurent has a permanent positive energy and knows how to adapt to other people's needs, which makes him a brilliant tutor.
