About Alayna
Hi! my name is alayna but feel free to call me layne! i am certified in first aid and have had many experiences where ive had to provide first aid care over the past few years . my experiences with first aid personally include dehydration care, overdose care, seizure response, wound care, stopping heavy blood flow, and vital signs which isnt really a big part of first aid but it definitely should be.

teaching about the five principles of first aid, 7 steps, and basic steps. i am not certified in cpr and do not feel comfortable teaching it, therefore i will only be teaching what i know. my lessons will include how to treat soft tissue injuries, injuries to muscle bone and joints , slowing heavy blood flow, allergic reaction care, poisoning/ overdose care, how to help someone who is choking, seizure response, cardiac arrest, and heart attack care.
