About Jodie
In the kitchen from age six I was making 5-course meals by the age of 10. I have 40 years of experience as a home cook and 20 years experience as a wife/mother. Everything was made with love from scratch in my home. Let me teach you the lessons from my grandmothers.

25 years of education in the kitchen with my grandmothers who made EVERYTHING from scratch.. I have 40 years of total experience. I can teach the basics of home kitchen management, cooking basics, the essential things to have on hand, how to read a recipe correctly, multi course meal planning and prep, party menu planning, picnic essentials, charcuterie construction, individual recipes, canning/preserving, fun/healthy kids lunch recipes , the science behind cooking and how to properly “tweek” recipes or to have the skill set to have the confidence to get creative to design your own recipes and so much more.
