Pitch control is sharpened through **vocal apps** such as SingTrue or VoxTrain, which provide real-time feedback, while **metronomes** ensure rhythm precision in both solo lines and ensemble work. The Quartet Player focuses on **blending tones and harmonizing**, practicing with virtual choir tools to maintain intonation against complex arrangements. The Advanced Teen works on **emotional expression**, journaling song interpretations and rehearsing in front of mirrors or cameras to connect movement and feeling with voice.
Weekly “flex days” encourage **vocal flexibility**—students imitate contrasting voices, from soulful R\&B runs to crisp jazz scats, expanding range and agility.
