About Mia (Nema)
Hello! My name is Mia, but I usually by Nema. I'm a huge nerd who's definitely not short on education or experience!
As a tutor, I help students clarify and review concepts taught in class, explain processes, and help solve specific problems. My biggest philosophy is the importance of adapting to my student's learning style.
I am an undergraduate student pursuing a pre-law degree with a political science major and an international political economy minor. I participate in college-level student tutoring as well.
As for my previous education, I attended one of Townview's School for the Talented and Gifted Magnet School. I took over 15 AP courses, graduated with honors, and coached our debate team for 3 years. I've earned scholarships with my SAT and ACT scores, too!
My profile says that I only assist in general homework help, but I will take on anything you need help with! Don't feel hesitant to reach out. Pay is mostly negotiable, my biggest goal is to help students succeed.
