"Singing should be joyful. Sound is physical.
My 13 years in top tier ensembles ensure that our time focuses on authentic classical technique. We apply the precision learnt during my MMus Vocal Studies at the Royal Academy of Music to help you master microphone technique. I create a personalised song list built around each student's range to keep our progress steady and fun. Developing rhythm and phrasing becomes natural when you are excited about your repertoire.
Exam preparation is handled with the same focus on vocal range extension that we apply to concert performance. We explore these concepts together at your own pace. Feel free to reach out to book a session whenever you are ready."

"Performing at the BBC Symphony Orchestra started with a single hum in a cramped practice room. That resonant vibration against my chest eventually led me to earn my MMus Vocal Studies at the Royal Academy of Music.
Spending 13 years on stage taught me that vocal health is the foundation of every great artist. I transitioned into teaching to share the mechanics of breathing control and rhythm with others. My work balances rigorous technical study with a playful approach to diction and articulation. I enjoy guiding absolute beginners through their first scales alongside fine-tuning advanced learners for the stage.
Helping intermediate learners find their unique vibrato control is a highlight of my week. My studio is a space where we value vocal health and care above all else. Performance confidence builds slowly once you understand the physics of your own instrument. Perhaps you might want to stop by and find your own sound sometime."
