About Amrita
I am a dedicated violin tutor with 10 years of teaching experience and a Master’s Degree in Music. I have successfully trained children, teenagers, adults, and aspiring performers, helping them achieve their musical goals through structured instruction, patient mentoring, and performance-focused coaching.
I believe every student has unique musical potential, and I adapt my teaching methods to match individual learning styles and aspirations. My teaching philosophy emphasizes discipline, creativity, confidence, and expressive musicianship, ensuring students grow steadily while enjoying the learning journey.
Outside of teaching, I enjoy performing in orchestras and chamber ensembles, composing violin works, attending concerts, and exploring diverse musical traditions. My mission is to inspire every student to become a confident, expressive, and accomplished violinist while making every lesson engaging, enriching, and memorable.

Every violin lesson is carefully tailored to your current skill level, musical interests, and long-term goals. Whether you are a beginner learning the fundamentals or an advanced violinist refining professional technique, lessons focus on bow control, finger placement, intonation, rhythm, sight-reading, music theory, tone production, and expressive interpretation.
My teaching approach combines structured technical training, ear development, repertoire building, ensemble awareness, and performance practice to create a complete and engaging learning experience. Students explore classical, contemporary, and traditional violin repertoire while improving coordination, musical sensitivity, accuracy, and stage confidence through consistent and guided practice.
Each session includes personalized feedback, targeted practice plans, and regular progress evaluations to ensure steady improvement. I provide a supportive and motivating environment where students develop disciplined technique, artistic expression, and the confidence to perform with clarity, emotion, and excellence.
