About John
Former college baseball coach and current logistics operations manager for 25 plus years.
Have coached , mentored, counseled and taught over 1500 students.
My students have become productive people in society, many have gone further in their careers as have I. I've coached and pushed students past what they thought they could achieve.
I provide hands on...every day examples of leadership and people handling skills in a business/ sports environment.

My teaching methodology is based upon three principles.
1) Experience is the best teacher. I possess 25 plus years in my field.
2) The best teacher is not the one that knows the most but the one who is able to teach the subject in several different ways. I teach to the individual.
3) At some point education becomes self education. Learning isn't like going to the dentist; to have something done to you. At some point you have to process the information and learn / apply what you were taught.
