About Scarlet
Sometimes the most difficult concepts are actually the simplest ones to resolve. My teaching style is straightforward and honest.
After 4 years of experience, I know how to navigate the common pitfalls of calculus. Students range from those struggling to top-band exam candidates. I bring a Master of Science in Statistics from UC Berkeley to explain the underlying logic of derivatives.
We work on curve sketching, area, and volume problems. Optimization and u-substitution become manageable tasks. I enjoy discussing problem-solving strategies. Perhaps we can look at your current course materials soon.
