About Michael
I realized while working in architecture that I was meant to be a teacher. I’ve always been a teacher. As a teenager and young adult I coached youth soccer. As an art teacher I saw that I prepared for art the same way I prepared for coaching.

I teach students how to see, how to break down the 3D world so they are able to put it into a 2D surface. I specialize in drawing and painting.
I use multiple cameras to show the student what I’m looking at and what I’m drawing. Students are better able to see what I see.
I’ve been doing this for 18 years. I’m good at it and I want to help you become great at it.

Michael is a great educator. I was a former art student in his class and he always answered any questions I had in detail. The class projects were fun and creative. I enjoyed my experience working with a passionate and joyful teacher.
Michael, or from my days from high school, Mr. P, was a great art teacher! He made the content engaging and was passionate about making sure his students reach their best potential. I recommend him 100%.
