About Amira
I am a motivated Year 13 student with a genuine passion for helping others learn and gain confidence in their abilities. My experience tutoring at Kumon inspired me to teach, as I enjoy supporting students through challenges, explaining concepts clearly, and seeing their progress over time. It's also useful to know that I am an aspiring children's nurse with D*D in health & social care, emphasising my passion and accuracy in the subject.

My online lessons will be 1 hour, allowing a break in the middle if needed. I can teach anyone who is interested in healthcare in general, however I focus on GCSE and A Level. I make regular use of online tools such as shared documents, digital whiteboards, and practice questions to keep lessons interactive and focused. After explaining a concept, I guide students through practice questions, offering immediate feedback and clear explanations of any mistakes. This helps students understand not just what went wrong, but why.
