About Ayush
Hi! I'm a second-year college student currently pursuing my degree in GEOGRAPHY at ST XAVIER'S COLLEGE, RANCHI. I'm passionate about sharing knowledge and helping others understand subjects in a way that makes learning enjoyable and effective. Teaching Experience: Although I'm still a student, I've gained valuable teaching experience through various informal and formal settings. I’ve tutored my classmates and juniors in subjects like Mathematics, Science, English, Geography, etc., and I’ve also volunteered for peer learning programs organized by my college. These experiences have helped me understand the different ways students grasp concepts and the importance of adapting my teaching style accordingly. Teaching Style: My teaching style is interactive and student-centered. I believe in building a strong foundation first, and then gradually moving on to more complex topics. I use simple explanations, real-life examples, diagrams, and even storytelling where possible to make the lessons more engaging. I always encourage questions and try to create a comfortable environment where students feel free to express doubts and learn at their own pace. Strengths: I take time to explain topics clearly and don't mind repeating or re-explaining until the student feels confident. Being a student myself, I understand the struggles learners face and try to offer support that’s both academic and motivational. I create structured lesson plans and small goals so students can track their progress easily. Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Geography. Scored 89% in boards. Strong foundation in mathematics which makes problems easy.

I relate academic content to real-world scenarios to help students understand the practical application of concepts. After explaining, I give practice exercises and gradually increase difficulty to build confidence. I provide constructive feedback and positive reinforcement to motivate students and help them improve continuously. Tutoring Specialties: I tailor my teaching methods according to each student’s strengths, weaknesses, and preferred learning style. I help students with revision strategies, mock tests, and time management techniques to improve performance under pressure. I specialize in building a strong foundation, especially in subjects like Math, Geography, Science, etc., so that students don’t just memorize but truly understand. Alongside subject knowledge, I also guide students in organizing their study schedule, note-taking techniques, and how to stay focused.
