About Shreya
I am Shreya and I have completed my PHD from St Xavier’s University, Kolkata. I have been teaching as an associate professor in the former University in English and take General electives class in Psychology and Sociology. I have started my journey with teaching in a pre-primary school and followed by a secondary and now as a professor. The reason tutoring is my full time job and I don’t refer to as a part time job is because I am always teaching here and my hundred percent devotion is the few students I register for a year.
I take a hand few of 20 students every year and I take them to the top. After a student passes out from her 12th, I then open another spot for tuition if I have time. This year five of my students have passed with getting over 95 percentile in CBSE and two of my college students who scored an 8 CGPA in English under Calcutta University. So I assure you, that if you work with me, your journey will be worthwhile.

With a teaching experience of 7 years in the industry of tutoring and in school and college teaching industry, the reason I chose this field is because I can give equal importance to individual student. I take all subjects in CBSE, ICSC and WB board till class 5. For classes from 5 to 12, I stand confident in teaching the Arts Section(all subjects that fall under the domain) and for university level I teach English, Psychology and Sociology only. Looking forward to start this journey with you who ever connect me from this platform.
I tend to focus on a single student when teaching and I focus in completion of homework’s, making my student watch educational videos to make classes interactive. My focus will always be the students growth. In the last 7 years of my experience I have taught 300 students and all of them have scored above 90 percentile.
