About Felicia
I hold a Master’s Degree in Business with a focus on Project Management, which has strengthened my skills in professional communication, organization, and clear written expression.
Currently, I work as a Licensing Specialist, where I manage detailed record keeping, documentation, and professional written communication. This role requires strong attention to detail, organization, and accuracy in writing.
I also have experience writing and editing a variety of formal and professional letters that people often need in everyday life. Examples include cover letters for job applications, letters of recommendation, professional emails, request letters, complaint or dispute letters, and other formal communications. I enjoy helping people organize their ideas and communicate clearly and professionally.
In addition, I have over 10 years of experience working with young children in child development. This experience has helped me develop patience and effective teaching skills, allowing me to explain writing, grammar, and language concepts in ways that are easy to understand for both children and adults.
My goal is to help students and adults build confidence in their writing, whether they are improving grammar and spelling, working on school assignments, or preparing professional documents. ️
