About Eva
To be honest is difficult to say what I'm doing exactly in my life because I have done many different jobs and courses. I can say I'm a creative person. I have worked as dog groomer and I'm studying for becoming a designer/visualizer. I LOVE EATING WELL, tasty and sometimes healthy dishes and since I was around 24 years old I started to cook for my family, my friends but first of all for myself and for getting a huge satisfaction from that. We have a strong food Italian tradition and usually every grandmother teach how to cook to the daughters and then they teach to their daughters too. In this way I learned my cooking treacks.

The base of my methodology is my positive attitude . It means I love freedom and I learnt from my dog is important to highlight the things students are doing well. Also I pay attention to give useful tips and to be sure they will be able to make the recipe by themselves when they will be alone and they want to cook for some friends.

Hi guys !I I have known Eva from the start when I moved to London. She was my teacher. I found in her a great teacher. She is amazing and has a lot of skills. She is honest and patient and she has a big Heart!!! I recommend her 100%!!!)

Details
I like to specify it'is obvious (for me at least) if you are starting for the base: ex. you want to know how to fries an egg or cooking a simple a delicious pasta (not handmade) with olive oil and parmesan (we can do this in 30 minutes or less time) or you are a really beginner and I notice you need two hours lesson for making a single receipe or you ask to repeat the same lesson after a short time,I will not ask to you to pay 25£ per hour.
