About Marilina
I’m Mari, an Argentine living in Perth, Australia. (I can teach in English and Spanish) I started my self-discovery journey 4 years ago practicing meditation while being under a lot of stress. Since then, I started to get interested in Spirituality and different ways of healing and having a slow living kinda life (still on that journey of course ). Then, I discovered Yoga, which for me is the best healer. I teach because I want to help people as my previous teachers helped me keep sane and go through the ups and downs of life while keeping my mind and body healthy. Being able to express and reclaim your power through your body is one of the biggest acts of self-love I’ve ever seen and felt

I’m here to hold space and guide you through your own personal journey. Yin Yoga is a gentle practice that anyone can do. This type of Yoga not only keeps the body young (works on connective tissues which become stiff as we grow old and improves flexibility) but it also has a huge impact on stress levels, anxiety and it is an incredible self-discovery tool. So, whether you want to work on any of these aspects or want to be guided through an introspective journey, I’m here to be by your side! 1 hour classes where we hold asanas for 3-6 minutes, focusing on mindfulness, different breathing techniques and spiritual themed classes. Personalized or group lessons. No previous Yoga experience needed
