About Iver
I am a committed Spanish tutor with 12 years of professional experience, dedicated to helping students of all levels reach their language learning goals through personalised instruction. During this time, I have successfully worked with around 150–200 students, creating learning experiences that match their individual strengths, interests, and aspirations.
My teaching approach focuses on grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, reading, writing, listening, and speaking while encouraging students to communicate naturally through discussions, practical activities, storytelling, and role-playing. I believe language learning becomes more effective when students actively use what they learn in realistic situations.
I maintain a positive and encouraging classroom where students feel respected, motivated, and confident enough to learn from mistakes. Regular assessments, personalised feedback, and carefully planned lessons ensure that every learner continues progressing towards their goals.
One of my unique strengths is creating flexible lesson plans that evolve with each student's progress. I simplify challenging concepts, introduce engaging learning materials, and encourage consistent practice outside class.

My Spanish teaching approach combines structure, adaptability, and engagement to create effective and enjoyable lessons. Accountability ensures students set clear goals, monitor progress, and take responsibility for their learning.
Integrity guarantees lessons are honest, fair, and tailored to each student’s needs and abilities. I practise Flexibility, modifying lesson content, exercises, and strategies to suit different learning styles, proficiency levels, and interests.
