I'm Internationally Certified Yoga Trainer from World Yoga Alliance. Before which I, myself used to be a student and ever since I've started teaching my motto is to spread awareness of how yoga can help you improve not only your physical well-being, but also mental and spiritual well-being.

Honestly There are many reasons to cjoose Vishwa as a teacher, but frw among many are, she watches on all postures well, pushes are limits very steadily. She has very good knowledge and above all she very soft n sweet
Ms. Vishwa Thakkar is by far the best yoga instructor I have come across. She not only teaches you the yoga poses but make you understand the benefits and effect of that poses on your body. She will motivate you to push yourself for your own benefit. I highly recommend her as the best trainer.
