About Nitin
I have been out of tutoring since 2009 as I was busy building my permanent professional seat, however prior to that I was taking tuitions for students from 8 -10 standards for CBSE in kanpur.
As I myself qualified for the Air Force Officer entry exam 6 times in a row, I had to create ways to simplify maths and physics problems in such a manner that the solution could be fetched in shortest time. This reflects in the way I teach.
One important point is that since I wanted to join Air Force hence I have a never say die approach and the same gets inculcated in my students also.
approx 20 students that I taught in Kanpur in 6 years (2003-2009) all but two failed to bring themselves within top 10 of their classes which I treat as my achievement.
One who thinks that after a gap of 9 years I am a toothless tiger is really missing on a good coachif not the best.

My way to instruct changes from student to student hence it is a mix of different practices such as for a race horse I will simply turn to the question booklet however for a work horse I will first walk with my ward through the details of the topic, make him comfortable with it and allowing him to defy the anxiety of incompetence that arises because of hesitation in asking questions out of fear.
