I am a coordinator of the University of Exeter's popular employability scheme, the Career Mentor Scheme. Simon has been a volunteer mentor with us since 2012 and has helped many students and graduates with their career goals and aspirations. He provides 1-1 bespoke insight and guidance into their chosen career for a 6-month period. He helps to develop personal and professional competencies, build a competitive CV, advises on accessing relevant work experience and how to build professional networks.
