About David
I am an adjunct professor of Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine at Touro College of Osteopathic Medicine with extensive experience teaching and tutoring medical students across all levels of training. I have worked with students preparing for USMLE and COMLEX Levels/Steps 1, 2, and 3, including first-time test takers and those seeking score improvement or remediation.

As an adjunct professor of Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine at Touro College of Osteopathic Medicine, my tutoring approach is high-yield, structured, and exam-focused. I teach students how to think like the test writers by breaking down complex concepts into clear, repeatable frameworks that work for USMLE and COMLEX Levels/Steps 1, 2, and 3.
A typical session begins with identifying weak areas, followed by concept mastery using pathophysiology-first explanations, board-style questions, and rapid-review mnemonics. We then focus on why each answer is right or wrong, ensuring long-term retention and improved test-taking speed.
