Ash is one of the kindest, most helpful, and most intellectual people I know. Although I do not know her in person (I worked with her briefly as moderator of a Facebook group), I noticed that she is also hardworking and determined; she did her job well. She was empathetic, understanding, and unbiased her interventions as moderator, and I'm sure she would make an excellent teacher or professor. She seems to be the type of person who cares about the person who she is helping, not just about getting another paycheck. Would definitely recommend.
