About Amanda
Golf has been part of my life since I was nine years old. I grew up playing competitively in Southern California, where I developed a lifelong love for the game before continuing through high school and into college.
I played on my high school's boys' golf team during my freshman and sophomore years before moving to the Midwest, where I joined a girls' team that went on to win the state championship. I was a member of my university women's golf team for two years and competed in county and state tournaments during the summer. While I don't compete anymore, I still enjoy getting out on the course when I can.
One thing I've learned over the years is that golf can feel overwhelming when you're just getting started. The rules, equipment, etiquette, pace of play, etc. can be confusing and unfamiliar.
That's why I design lessons specifically for women who want to learn in a relaxed, supportive environment. Whether you've never picked up a club or you're looking to build confidence before playing with friends, coworkers, or family, my goal is to help you feel comfortable and enjoy the game from the very beginning.

I provide beginner-friendly golf lessons designed specifically for women who want to learn the game in a supportive, relaxed, and judgment-free environment.
Whether you're curious about golf, preparing for a work outing, or simply looking for a new way to spend time outdoors, every lesson is tailored to your experience level and personal goals. Some students want to feel comfortable joining friends for a casual round, while others are interested in building a strong foundation they can continue developing over time.
My teaching style is patient, encouraging, and low-pressure. Learning golf should be enjoyable. There's no expectation that you'll "get it right" the first time and I'm here to help you build confidence every step of the way.
Lessons may include:
-Golf fundamentals, including grip, stance, posture, and swing basics
-Understanding the different clubs and when to use them
-Navigating the driving range and developing productive practice habits
-Golf etiquette and common course expectations
-What to expect during your first round of golf
-Tips for continuing to build your skills and confidence between lessons
